We invite you into a deeply mystical and holistic plant medicine retreat, guided by intention, ceremony, and reverence for life itself. This gathering is centered around a sacred relationship with ayahuasca, held within a carefully prepared ceremonial container and supported by ancestral wisdom, integration, and community.

Our journey begins in Tulum, where we spend the first several days arriving, grounding, and preparing — physically, emotionally, and spiritually — for the medicine work ahead. This time is devoted to slowing down, listening inward, and cultivating reverence for the ceremonial path we are about to walk together.

As part of this preparation, we enter the ancient ritual of Temazcal, held the day before the ayahuasca ceremony. Temazcal is a traditional Mesoamerican sweat lodge ceremony, often referred to as the womb of the Earth. Through heat, prayer, song, and steam, we are invited into purification, release, and rebirth. This ceremony supports detoxification on physical, emotional, and energetic levels, and serves as a powerful threshold — clearing space and opening the body and spirit to receive the medicine with humility and intention.

Throughout our time in Tulum, we offer daily yoga, sound release and sound healing sessions, and intentional practices designed to regulate the nervous system, open the body, and support deep receptivity. These offerings are woven into the ceremonial container, helping prepare participants to meet the medicine with presence, trust, and clarity.

At the heart of this retreat is the ayahuasca ceremony, held with deep respect, integrity, and care. Ayahuasca is a sacred Amazonian plant medicine traditionally used as a teacher and healer — a guide that invites us into deeper relationship with truth, spirit, and the intelligence of the body. Often referred to as La Abuela or La Madre, ayahuasca does not impose an experience, but reveals what is ready to be seen, felt, remembered, and released.

Following the ceremony, we move into a full day of integration, honoring the understanding that the medicine continues to work long after the night itself. Integration is where insight becomes embodied — where vision is gently woven into daily life. Through rest, reflection, sharing, gentle movement, and guided support, we begin anchoring the teachings of the medicine.

After integration, we travel together to Mérida to immerse ourselves in the sacred celebration of Día de los Muertos. Rooted in Indigenous Mesoamerican cosmology, Día de los Muertos honors death as a continuation rather than an ending. During this time, the veil between worlds is believed to thin, allowing communion with ancestors through remembrance, offerings, altars, music, and prayer. This living tradition mirrors the teachings of the medicine — reverence, remembrance, humility, and love.

Experiencing Día de los Muertos in Mérida invites us into collective ritual, color, beauty, and joy — grounding our personal medicine work within a broader ancestral and cultural context.

This retreat is an immersion into ceremony, remembrance, and the joy of being alive. It is an invitation to walk consciously with the medicine, to honor life and death as sacred teachers, and to return home more rooted, awake, and connected.
