Feel to Heal: Dia de los Muertos
A deep dive into your subconscious and
the fascinating culture of Mexico
28 October - 2 November 2025

Experience the Mystical Essence of Mexico: A 6-Day Retreat of Rituals, Ceremonies, and Profound Transformation.
Step away from your everyday life and familiar perspectives and immerse yourself in the enchanting magic of the Mexican jungle and the vibrant life of Mérida. This journey takes you through nature’s powerful energy and Mexico's rich culture. For the first three days, we’ll stay at Shambalanté, a hidden gem nestled deep in the heart of the jungle, surrounded by the sights and sounds of untouched wilderness. In this sacred space, far removed from the noise of daily life, we’ll dive into ceremonies, rituals, and deep self-reflection.
Here, you will experience the spiritual power of Ayahuasca, guided by a skilled Mexican healer and her team. This profound ceremony opens doors to insights beyond words, awakening your awareness and fostering a heartfelt connection to both the world around you and your inner self. Our ayahuasca journey is complemented by daily healing work, such as Yoga, Reiki, soundhealing and much more, helping you align body, mind, and spirit in harmony.
After these transformative days, we transition to the vibrant heart of Mérida, where we’ll stay in a colorful, authentic house in the city center for the final two nights. This coincides with the Día de los Muertos – the Day of the Dead – where the city blooms with color, dance, music, and intricately decorated altars in honor of life. We will become part of this unique celebration, which brings to light a mystical yet joyful honoring of existence in all its beauty.
An excursion to a cave cenote completes this unforgettable journey. In the crystal-clear waters of the cenote, we’ll find refreshment, peace, and a sense of profound serenity that will linger long after we leave.
This retreat is a true bucket-list experience – a journey to your innermost self and a celebration of life in its most genuine form.
